| One whole chicken, a couple of lemons, some sweet peppers, shallots, garlic, carrots (not pictured!) and some spices.... | 
| slice, dice, or cut the vegetables, zest the lemon..... | 
| fill the peppers with the prepared onions, garlic, carrots, and lemon wedges; stuff into the cavity, and then stuff in any remaining ingredients | 
| chuck the zest over the chick! liberally sprinkle on the spices...... | 
| arrange potatoes in a roasting tray, place the stuffed chicken atop to allow the juices to roast the potatoes.... | 
| cook thoroughly at 180C until the potatoes brown, and juices run clear from the bird (cut into the thigh to check).... |
