Add peas and sweetcorn for a bit of colour and to increase the nutrients


Gently poached the diced chicken in smetana, with cracked black pepper and mustard powder

Combine everything, adjust the seasoning

Portion down ready for the freezer - "Chicken in a mustard cream sauce"
