Chick-inspiration part 1- "Chicken macaroni"

Soften the veggies (onion, garlic, capsicum, carrot)

 
Add tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce, a dash of Unami paste, cracked black pepper and smoked paprika

Then add the diced chicken (to avoid overcooking)

pasta should always be added into the sauce, not vice versa!

into a pre-heated oven tray, add grated cheese, more cracked black pepper, and more smoked paprika

slow and low bake until the cheese begins to brown

chill overnight before portioning down!
