Soften the veggies (onion, garlic, capsicum, carrot) |
Add tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce, a dash of Unami paste, cracked black pepper and smoked paprika |
Then add the diced chicken (to avoid overcooking) |
pasta should always be added into the sauce, not vice versa! |
into a pre-heated oven tray, add grated cheese, more cracked black pepper, and more smoked paprika |
slow and low bake until the cheese begins to brown |
chill overnight before portioning down! |
