Last night I decided to design my own burger:- it's a beef pattie on creamed horseradish, with tomato, pickles, mushrooms, cheese, a couple of bird chillies, and smothering of smokey BBQ sauce - served in a seeded bun!
I'm calling it the Kiwi-burger! It's big, it's beefy, it's strong, it's fierce, and it's not for the faint-hearted.........but it was defeated by an Englishman!
